The Board of Directors Center of Excellence is a non-profit organization providing business leaders the forum and expertise needed to meet the ever-changing challenges of corporate governance. Corporations and non-profits often have difficulties identifying talent for their board openings. It can be challenging to find strong candidates to fill board seats who have the expertise to help address specific strategic business challenges. On the other hand, as a prospective candidate finding executive jobs and board seats can be daunting.

We believe that the Process for recruiting board directors is in need of more transparency and a new approach. We are dedicated to going beyond the standard “do you know someone?” approach by hosting live events where real-time face to face networking can take place while at the same time providing an environment for a valuable exchange of ideas.   

We are focused on educating, enabling and connecting our members to prepare to become candidates for selection processes of Boards of Directors by providing the platform to learn industry best practices, access best in class content, and develop relevant relationships.
