Refund Policy: 
In the event you need to cancel your attendance at a BODCOE event you must notify info@boardseats.org at least 10 business days before the registered event for a refund (an administration fee of $25 will apply). Cancellations less than 10 business days before the registered event will not be entitled to a refund of any kind and will not be offered an alternative event date.

Attendance Policy: 
Please note that BODCOE event registration/attendance is strictly for:

  • C-Level Executives and Board Members of middle-market ($25M+ in annual revenue or 100+ employees) and larger companies

  • VP’s/EVP’s/Directors/Controllers of companies with $250M+ in annual revenues, and

  • Private Equity and Venture Capital professionals (Principal and higher in title) of committed capital funds

All/any service providers/consultants (including those who are C-Level Executives and/or Board Members are strictly limited to attending as Sponsors). Individuals deemed to be service providers by the BODCOE will be subject to a $25 processing fee to refund non-qualifying registrations. If you are unsure if your registration is eligible, please send an e-mail to info@boardseats.org before registering for an event.
